Computer arrived the very next day, which is amazing, as I didn't order until after lunch! It is so much faster than my other Macbook Air, and quieter too. I'm really pleased and have already been recommending Back market to my friends.

I couldn't figure out if I ordered a New laptop by error or not...the packaging was superb. I strongly recommend this refurbished lappy to anyone who wants to spend less but needs a very good quality lappy.

The laptop was in excellent condition and arrived quickly. There was a good selection to choose from and the whole process was really easy. This was my first time purchasing a reconditioned laptop and I would definitely do so again from Back Market.

I purchased a Chromebook in 'fair' condition for less than £50, so I wasn't expecting too much. I was thrilled to receive a fabulous little laptop which is perfect for my everyday needs. It has a barely visible, small mark on the lid (hence the 'fair' condition). I can't comment on the performance or specs of the Chromebook as I know very little when it comes to tech. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this company and product.

I received the iPad much earlier than informed. On inspecting the iPad it looks just like the day it was made not a mark to be found anywhere. Works as expected I would highly recommend Back Market as a source of refurbished tech.

I was very excited to receive my new Macbook Air. Having researched U-tube about which particular (older) model I should buy, the M1 seemed like the best choice for me. There were not many available with the spec I wanted but Backmarket had the most choice and having already bought my iphone from the website, felt confident I would receive a high-quality product and I was not disappointed; my Macbook arrived sooner than expected and well protected. When I opened the box, it looked pristine, with no marks or scratches - just like new! I can thoroughly recommend Back Market for refurbished electrical items.

My experience of the purchase was great, however my trade in experience was very much not great. A 75% discounted offer based on a fault that didnt seem to exist when I checked my old laptop upon return was exceedingly disappointing.

I had a Mac book pro 2015 and needed to replace it. I was uncertain about buying a reconditioned device, never done it before. Bought a Mac book pro 2021 14 inches with M1 Pro 8 core. Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday morning. Can’t express my satisfaction. So far so too good. Arrived in its original box with original accessories too. Tried to work on it and also to connect to my remote workstation. Everything quite exceptional. Thank you Back Market. Will update the review in case of any issue.

Laptop was as described with Windows 11 ready to go and no bloatware. Seller dispatched using DPD quickly and laptop arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Very well packed. For a nearly 5 year old laptop, i5/16gb performance is pretty good. Lattitude 2 in 1 is a better product for me than my old MS Surface Pro which had a better screen but unpleasant 'bouncy' keyboard cover.
