I ordered a 2021 MacBook Pro with 16" screen, M1 Pro 10-core CPU, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD from AH Technology - was advertised as excellent condition. Delivery came as scheduled from DPD and was safely packaged. The laptop is indeed in excellent condition, showing virtually no signs of use. I compared it to my work-issued Macbook of the same spec which I received 2 weeks prior and I couldn't tell a difference. Battery had only 1 cycle on it - I assume it's a new one put in by the seller rather than the original but either way the laptop is in impeccable condition. I ran the onboard diagnostics tool and found no issues - keyboard, I/O ports, screen, webcam, mic all work completely fine. I've been using it nearly every day for the past two weeks or so for different things - programming, FaceTime, music - have had absolutely no issues. Also came with an official Apple 140W Charger and MagSafe cable. Didn't come in its original box but that's not an issue for me as long as the product itself is in good condition. Only small thing is that the keyboard is a US layout instead of UK layout but I kind of expected that from reading other reviews. Not a big issue for me as it's only 2/3 key...

Very happy with this purchase, arrived in secure packaging and the MacBook is in really good condition. The charging brick it arrived with did not work, but raised the issue and a new one was despatched which arrived in 2 days.

Super fast delivery. Great condition. Unit had some residue of stickers on, which quickly cleaned off. Powers up and works superbly. Seems a little slow when streaming with a couple of apps going. But it is a little older and only 8 gb ram. Very happy with my first ever MacBook. But will try to buy another newer one, if I cannot afford to. Good service. Recommended.

A beautiful example of a powerful MacBook. Flawless and gorgeous with original apple charger. No box, came with a standard box , well packed. Had a problem with the delivery but was sorted the same day so I got to pick it up. Would like to have been able to add insurance after purchase but that wasn’t possible. So add it before if you want it. Condition Excellent, battery almost new at 98%.

Amazing quality for the price! Bought a Dell Latitude laptop marked fair in condition. One or two nicks in the texture but overall perfect in condition. Arrived quickly after my order and in good packaging. Really happy with my purchase.

There is a small dent in the screen on the lower left hand side. I hope it does not spread. Aside that all is ok for now though the exact laptop i ordered is not what i got but rather its upgrade. It would have been a 5 start if not the screen dent.

Writing this 5 months after purchase. Laptop has worked well from the start, very happy with it. Purchase was simple with quick delivery. Some of the letters on the keys have started to get a bit smudgy after a few months, as if the letters had been touched up with some kind of marker that is now starting to wear off. This is just cosmetic and doesn't affect the functioning of the laptop.
