Computer arrived the very next day, which is amazing, as I didn't order until after lunch! It is so much faster than my other Macbook Air, and quieter too. I'm really pleased and have already been recommending Back market to my friends.

The laptop was in excellent condition and arrived quickly. There was a good selection to choose from and the whole process was really easy. This was my first time purchasing a reconditioned laptop and I would definitely do so again from Back Market.

I had a Mac book pro 2015 and needed to replace it. I was uncertain about buying a reconditioned device, never done it before. Bought a Mac book pro 2021 14 inches with M1 Pro 8 core. Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday morning. Can’t express my satisfaction. So far so too good. Arrived in its original box with original accessories too. Tried to work on it and also to connect to my remote workstation. Everything quite exceptional. Thank you Back Market. Will update the review in case of any issue.

I received the iPad much earlier than informed. On inspecting the iPad it looks just like the day it was made not a mark to be found anywhere. Works as expected I would highly recommend Back Market as a source of refurbished tech.

I was very excited to receive my new Macbook Air. Having researched U-tube about which particular (older) model I should buy, the M1 seemed like the best choice for me. There were not many available with the spec I wanted but Backmarket had the most choice and having already bought my iphone from the website, felt confident I would receive a high-quality product and I was not disappointed; my Macbook arrived sooner than expected and well protected. When I opened the box, it looked pristine, with no marks or scratches - just like new! I can thoroughly recommend Back Market for refurbished electrical items.

I ordered a 2021 MacBook Pro with 16" screen, M1 Pro 10-core CPU, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD from AH Technology - was advertised as excellent condition. Delivery came as scheduled from DPD and was safely packaged. The laptop is indeed in excellent condition, showing virtually no signs of use. I compared it to my work-issued Macbook of the same spec which I received 2 weeks prior and I couldn't tell a difference. Battery had only 1 cycle on it - I assume it's a new one put in by the seller rather than the original but either way the laptop is in impeccable condition. I ran the onboard diagnostics tool and found no issues - keyboard, I/O ports, screen, webcam, mic all work completely fine. I've been using it nearly every day for the past two weeks or so for different things - programming, FaceTime, music - have had absolutely no issues. Also came with an official Apple 140W Charger and MagSafe cable. Didn't come in its original box but that's not an issue for me as long as the product itself is in good condition. Only small thing is that the keyboard is a US layout instead of UK layout but I kind of expected that from reading other reviews. Not a big issue for me as it's only 2/3 key...

I purchased a Chromebook in 'fair' condition for less than £50, so I wasn't expecting too much. I was thrilled to receive a fabulous little laptop which is perfect for my everyday needs. It has a barely visible, small mark on the lid (hence the 'fair' condition). I can't comment on the performance or specs of the Chromebook as I know very little when it comes to tech. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this company and product.

I'm really happy with my purchase on Back Market. At the beginning, I was a bit scared of buying from them, but I'm so happy that I got my first computer with them. My MacBook Pro arrived well-packed, as if it were new! Thanks, Back Market!
