Hi. I'm writing to you because I ordered a Sony xperia xz3 phone from your site. I'm disappointed because it has a network problem. Nobody can reach me. So far I'm disappointed.

Technically impeccable around the audiovisual and is totally in perfect condition. The bad thing is that the apps from playstore are not optimized for the terminal, which fail too often and you have to restart them or wait to refresh them. They should work on them more in the system updates.

I received the phone. The condition was perfect but I am having problems with the configuration of the keyboard which has lower case characters and does not want any accentuation. Despite several resets and requests to sony support, it's always the same problem.

No worries about delivery or the condition of the product. However, I only receive calls one time out of five. They immediately go to the answering machine. Can you tell me where this could be coming from?
