The package arrived on time, well packaged and complete with all the accessories. I was even gifted some accessories (flavouring vegetable basket, chopping blade with pivot and special lid) not included in the original Bimby TM6 package, if you buy new. New spatula, mug practically new, cleaned to perfection and without any signs of wear. Positive experience!

I was frankly surprised by the excellent condition of the TM6 I received. I haven't had time to test all the functions yet, but it seems to work perfectly. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

As far as shipping was concerned, the food processor was very well protected, which avoided the inconveniences that can sometimes occur. The food processor arrived in its original box, with all the accessories, and even the recipe book! Everything was clean and as good as new. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about, even after using it a few times. I don't regret my purchase at all :)

Flawless from order to package received. Clear and prompt messaging. Device itself works fine and frequent use. Pity the thermomix was not really clean and smelt a bit musty. So did it myself for a while, but would have been neater if the device had been clean.

How could I have done it before? This machine makes everyday life so much easier! I highly recommend it!

It's not bad! I haven't had time to try it out thoroughly yet, but it makes great ice creams and that's already great. The butternut velouté is killer too. I can't wait to discover its other capabilities.

The thermomix asks for updates in a loop... each time it performs the same updates but they don't seem to be saved because when it restarts it starts again with an update... it's a loop.

It's a gift for the end of the month, so I just set it up. I hope I won't be disappointed.
