So far so good. The item came promptly and was in very good condition as described. The 12 month warranty takes the concern about purchasing reconditioned electricals.

Condition category: “good” Result: very happy! There were some obvious scratches on the corner of the water container (which is at the back of the machine but not at all visible when sitting on the counter top). Other than that, it is in perfect condition! Absolute bargain. Would happily do this again. Other details: - All accessories, aside from the replaceable water filter, were included (even though the description said that many things could be missing). Specifically, the milk beaker, all cleaning materials, all baskets etc were included and in perfect condition. I noticed that the comment that items may be missing was generic across different machines so I guess the refurbisher is just covering the options. However, nothing was missing from this. - There was no manual but the machine has all instructions on the display when setting it up - Paint and body work (aside from the water container) were in perfect condition. No marks, scratches or dents. A light wipedown was required but it was entirely superficial and mainly the dust from the cardboard liners - The box was fairly damaged and stained with coffee and had seen better days but it gets thrown out anyhow. This is the first purchase my fiancé and I have made on Back Market and I must say, we’re thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product we ordered!! After choosing excellent, we still weren’t sure exactly in what condition it was going to be, and it pretty much looks brand new. The only reason this is getting 4 star and not 5 is because we feel that paying a little extra for the excellent condition would mean that we get all of the accessories (we were missing some cleaning products, the water tank filter, and the coffee puck bin). I was on the fence about buying a refurbished coffee machine but it's been 3 months of daily usage and still going strong! The machine came with all the accessories and the manufacturer cleaning tablets. It was almost completely clean with the expected slight wear and tear for a refurbished product.

We have used back market before and we’re not disappointed when we received our sage coffee machine. It was in the condition as described . Works beautifully and an upgrade on our last one . Makes the best coffee . I would certainly recommend back market . They are a very transparent company . All of our family use them . We are very pro recycling and hence saving money .

I received my order within a couple days (I did order it in the evening so probably would've been quicker!) and to say I ordered it in fair condition I was very happy! It actually included more than I thought it would after reading the description, the only thing I needed to do was download the manual on my laptop from online! The only noticeable things was a few scratches on the drip tray and you could tell the milk jug had had some use but I think to say its refurbished and fair condition this is very good!!! I just cleaned up the jug with some stain remover and it looked brand new! and as for the scratches on the drip tray, I bought this coffee machine as an upgrade. I bought a cheap espresso machine a couple years ago so I know how easy it is to catch scratches with the drip tray so this didn't bother me because I thought I was probably going to end up getting a few accidental scuffs on it myself! This coffee machine is everything I wanted! There are a few more scratches that I expected however given the price compared to RRP it’s fine with me Everything appears to work as it should and it came so promptly after ordering! A fantastic experience from ordering from Back Market

Machine arrived in excellent condition, including the original manuals. However 1 item was missing (the guard for the coffee grinder chute) and there is 1 additonal item - a mystery plastic fitting which doesn't fit anywhere and isn't referenced in the manuals! That said, the machine is working very well and making great coffee, so I am very happy.

I’ve been wanting to buy a coffee machine for over a year now since getting into coffee. Machines are expensive and everything else to get for it. I’m glad I found to do it this way, as it was a lot cheaper and I still got an amazing machine for a great price. It was in ‘fair’ condition. To me, it looks almost brand new. I’m still getting used to it and working things out. But it works amazing. Thank you!

Honestly couldn't be happier with my coffee machine. It's what I've always wanted. Only buzzard thing is that I wasn't expecting to receive a manual but it arrived with one but to the wrong coffee machine !
