Looked brand new and came quicker than expected! Came with a HDMI cable too, have purchased my laptop, iPhone and monitor from back market and they’ve all be great!

Securely packaged, in very good condition and working perfectly. I am happy.

Monitor arrived quickly however part of the display is missing, the cover for the back was not included

Monitor wasnt delivered with remote, very disappointing. Other than that, working okay for now.

The monitor has a perfect screen and works very well. But they do not inform you of the age of the device. When you receive it and you see that the date of manufacture is 2015, you feel a bit cheated, because if you had known the date of manufacture of the device, surely you would not have paid this price for it. It is also true that I decided to buy from BackMarket because of the 30 day return and 24 month warranty, which I hope I don't have to use, but which is obviously included in the price. The delivery was correct and on time. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

The monitors were in mint condition. The packaging was exemplary! Unfortunately, the DPD courier didn't feel like delivering the two parcels to us. We therefore had to collect them from a DPD pick-up station. Dealer, goods and dispatch great! 👍 DPD delivery miserable 👎

Super. I had a few problems when I left because the charge entry was very sensitive to humidity, but it was fixed and now the phone works at 100%, I'm very satisfied.
