Awesome buy. I'm beyond delighted with my purchase. I was looking at buying this exact laptop new from Dell when I came across BackMarket. And I can't believe I got my desired laptop at a fraction of the price. I think I was quite lucky with it too. It's been a very user friendly seamless process. I highly recommend them. The laptop works perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Monitor is in great condition and was delivered quickly. however it wasn't clear to me from the images and description that the stand included in the picture would not be included. Fortunately I was replacing an existing HP monitor and the stand on that fitted this device.

The Surface Pro 5 arrived promptly. It is in good conditions overall, with only one small scratch at the back. This is my third purchase here and I am so happy with all of them. Looking forward to use this and see how it performs over time.

Got to say I'm wowed by this 'Grade C' mobile. I only needed it to sit on a desk and link to a Windows pc so we could use the Phone Link App so it didn't need to be in pristine condition. In the event, it's far exceeded my expectations and having recently started purchasing refurbished laptops for our small business, this is definitely the way I'll be going from now on. I'm big on reusing and recycling so buying refurbished feels like a no-brainer. I'll be replacing some business mobiles in a couple of months and they'll definitely be coming from BackMarket.

The Lenovo Ideapad I received was as far as I could tell Brand New! No signs of wear and tear whatsoever and I was able to update immediately to Win 11, which I had not expected. Slots for Sim and SD cards but I I haven't tried them yet. For a lightweight, fast and good-looking piece of kit for use when travelling this really is great. It arrived on time and was well packaged. I simply downloaded the manual from Lenovo's site and was good to go. As far as I'm concerned ...... Great service - great product

This has been an amazing purchase, new stand and excellent screen. It was packed really well which was fortunate because it had some scuff on the outer box but my screen was perfect! Thank you, have been enjoying it everyday since it arrived! I keep this site in mind when I want something of if I hear others do

It's a very nice machine unfortunately it does not allow hotspot or Bluetooth tethering and has no slot for a SIM. I could not tell this from the description otherwise I'd have bought a different model.
