omg.. I received my phone today and wow, firstly it was packed well, and secure. secondly it came with a free case. ( winner ) thirdly the phone is in immaculate condition, not a single mark on it, it works perfectly. I am absolutely buzzing, the price was good 👍. more people should shop here for there devices.... why are you not.

I got phone for my daughters upcoming 16th Birthday. I can honestly say the phone looks brand new, no scratches plus I got a protective case which I was not expecting. This was my first purchase after seeing ads online and wont be my last. I must admit I was a little skeptical with buying tech online but all that went away once I received the phone and was very impressed with the quality. I shall definitely recommend anyone to come purchase especially when on a budget its really worth it.

Arrived on time, and with a cheerful "Happy Birthday" from DPD driver. Having spent years on iPhones, I wanted to switch to Android and after talking to various friends the Samsung S22 was highly recommended and after my own research was my phone of choice. My son suggested I look on BackMarket having himself bought a refurbished iPhone 11. On the site, it was easy to find the exact phone I wanted, and at a great price. I paid the small extra postage fee for next day delivery, and when it did arrive within 24-hours, the phone was indeed in excellent condition (as described in the listing). You cannot tell the phone is refurbished, either visually or from functionality and battery life. The screen is bright and vivid, fast proicessing, and the superb reputation of the S22's cameras is well deserved. As a wifi hotspot, it tethers seamlessly to other devices, including my cycle computer for in-ride live statistics and weather data processing. I'm very happy with my purchase and already recommending BackMarket to friends.

I have bought a few things from back market and I have loved everything I have bought. My Samsung S22 is excellent not a scratch on it excellent value for money and excellent condition. Quick postage and value for money, why buy new! Refurbished is the way to go.

Device is good had 1 before but see back market a while ago and the getting a refurbished phone for a good price was perfect for me cause I have a habit of breaking my phones lol.perfect for me good phone price and quick delivery

The screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 had cracked. I looked to have the screen replaced. The cost would have been £170 for the repair. For a few pounds more I bought a reconditioned Galaxy S22. Superb condition, not a blemish on it (to my eyes) Thoroughly great value. Prompt delivery on the date suggested. My son first put me onto Back market a few years ago. I would certainly not go anywhere else to purchase a replacement mobile. From Back Market the mobiles are as good as new for a fraction of the price of a new mobile. Will definitely recommend Back Market

It's pretty much brand new. No scuffs or scratches, no software tinkering, exactly as advertised. Far better than the poor refurbishment job I expected. Whoever worked on this phone knows their stuff.

Phone was out of stock after ordering but the people selling rung me ASAP and organized a replacement (a Metallic Green, a rarer colour which would have cost £50 more) but they gave it to me with no extra cost and it was there literally the next day. Fantastic service and people involved 🙂

Absolutely over the moon with my Galaxy S23 phone. I was sceptical about ordering it, but it was in amazing condition just like new and you wouldn't have known it was refurbished. Brilliant price, very fast service and I would definitely recommend. Thank you Back Market, I'll be using you again!

My device is FANTASTIC! perfect condition, very fast charging times, loads of memory. The previous Samsung Galaxy I had was the worst phone I'd ever bought. This is one of the best. And buying it refurbished saved me about £600. I'm extremely happy with it.
