This is my first refurbished phone and I honestly was expecting it to look second hand, there are a few scratches on the side of the phone which you can't even see with a clear cover on but other than that it's a brand new S22 even the screen looked untouched. I got quoted a higher price in a second hand store for the exact same phone that had screen burn. Very happy I chose this.

Ordered Galaxy S22. delivery was quick and I'm very impressed. No issues with the actual working of the phone. but there're lots of dents on the corners of the case and scratches on the screen also a small crack on the top right hand side of the screen. The phone was rated as Fair, so perhaps that's what is expected for refurbished phones of that rating. Apart from that I'm very happy with my purchase.

I had my doubts about buying a refurbished phone. didn't want to get into another 3 yr contract with voda and didn't want to spend 1k+ on a new one. The phone I have received looks basically brand new, despite ordering one in fair condition. A+ service from these guys, now spreading the word and will not hesitate to use them again 👍 🙌

Super happy with my new phone thanks! My first time buying a refurbished phone and would definitely do so again. The phone is exactly like new! Amazed tbh:D P.S. please secure the plastic bags you put the phones in with some sellotape, the phone did slide straight out and onto the floor when I opened the package! A hairy moment, but all ok in the end luckily!

I bought a Galaxy S22 5G on BackMarket and found the experience excellent. The phone arrived in its original box by parcel post a day earlier than expected. The condition of the phone is excellent - I can't find a mark on it - and so far (only had it a week or so) it's worked perfectly. All in all I'm very pleased with the product and the service. I took out a years insurance just to be safe and that was a painless experience too so I'd happily recommend BackMarket if you're considering new tech.

Arrived in good time. Not totally sold on the phone - battery life is poor (apparently Samsung have reduced battery capacity compared to previous models) and the fact the phone rocks when trying to text when it's on a surface - because of the raised lens - is irritating!
