Needed to find another Samsung A14 phone browsed internet found this one on Back Market, ordered it as going by other reviews refurbished phones come highly recommended. Other reviews were spot on. Phone came promptly. Standard of it without a doubt like new. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this company. It’s quick easy to use and clear.

easy to order and quick delivery. Condition was described as Fair - which I didn't notice when placing order. So I was worried that I was going to receive a phone in very poor condition and with poor battery, but when it arrived the condition was great (I think the screen had recently been replaced). no problems, great phone, great experience.

Really good and in the condition I expected. I have had some issues with the device’s settings menu not opening due to some sort of corruption. I’ve no idea if this is happening because the phone is a refurb or whether it is an ongoing issue with this device. The only thing I know is, in order to remove the bug and get the settings menu working again I have to restore the phone to factory settings every time. A huge pain in the butt particularly because this phone serves as a dedicated alert device for my young daughter’s diabetes; once the settings are in place for her synced blood glucose monitoring gadgets the last thing I want to do is remove the settings in order to restore to factory! Generally I am pleased with the device and the service I’ve received. Thanks.

perfect. in good condition just the tiniest scratch on the corner, brand new screen, runs like new. I sent back another A14 for £50 more from Amazonnthat was awful and a US locked phone. Dual sim functionality is also a massive bonus. Thanks a lot. 👍🏼 there is also 12 months warranty.

Phone was delivered 2 days after ordering & well before the estimated dates, which was brilliant. Wouldn't think it was a refurbished phone, it was immaculate,no scratches,marks etc. Even the box looked brand new. I'll never buy new again, even recommended Back Market to a friend 👍
