The phone looks awesome it's as described in mint condition etc my only issue is how they package them for delivery When your buying a £275 phone I don't expect it to arrive just loosely rattling around in a box with no protection at all other than a plastic sleeve there was no bubble wrap or anything I'm actually surprised the phone wasn't damaged in transit If they just packaged the items a little better it would of been a 5 star experience but I will have to give them 4 stars because of it

it was nice looking and clean. The battery is rubbish and the phone overheats and can't keep up with using GPS directions and playing podcasts at the same time. It doesn't matter how good the charger is.

Perfect as new condition. In the box with charger and screen protector plus a case. I had bought the same phone new and I got everything in the box I got with a brand new device. Very happy. Thankyou

1st time using back market, can safely say they do a quick delivery service, phone arrived and was as described and works perfectly, only issue I had with it was the back was really sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned, not a big issue as it cleaned up easily enough, other than that, I'm a happy customer and would recommend them to friends and family 😊
