    It does have scratches, tiny ones but even excellent condition states it might have micro scratches. Works properly, no issues so far. Would recommend these guys. Thank you for making my first refurbished purchase this awesome!

    Mt Lenovo ThinkPad arrived good time and in the expected condition. It has been easy to set up and, a few days in, is working well. The supplier did a good job of carefully packing it up so that it arrived undamaged. Better than with another supplier I used.

    I got this for my daughter to replace her very old Samsung a8. She is very happy with the phone as it's bigger and much faster, and looks great. She mainly plays games and there's no lag with this phone. There aren't really any signs of use and the battery life is brilliant.

    I have had a great experience, the phone arrived quickly and it perfectly matched the condition. It is like a new phone just didn't come in the original box. But that's not a complaint, it was well packed and works a treat. The cash back offer was agreed and the system has been very easy to navigate. Iwill definitely use Back Market again.

    I've had this for about a month now and it has been working fine. It has a good battery life (if you just use it as a watch it lasts several days, less obviously if you track a run with GPS). No issues syncing with my phone (also bought on here). It was marked as "good" condition but looks brand new. Only slight problem is that it appears Fitbits have different strap lengths and the one it came with is too long. But I still have the one from my old Fitbit (which died) so just using that. Very pleased.

    In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.
