I bought a OnePlus 12 in "excellent" condition. It's effectively a brand new phone. I got the standard battery, and it's still got 100% capacity. The phone is rapid, battery lasts forever and the cameras are very decent. I love the detail of including the 100W SuperVOOC charger in the delivery. The charging speed really is as fast as advertised. BackMarket delivered the phone 2 days ahead of their predicted time. Excellent phone and excellent service!

My first ever purchase from Back Market, and won't be my last! Phone is in excellent condition and was ready to go. You'd never have known it's refurbished. I can be happy in the knowledge that I've got a more up to date device without it costing the earth, or my bank!

Having had Iphones previously it too me a little time to get my head around the android, I am nearly 60!! I was not able to transfer all my photos due to lack of space, so looking into that at the moment, must be able to increase storage. On the whole very pleased with the refurbished phone, it is like new, battery life is good, and now finding my way around easier. Photos are very clear and quality is good. Yes, very pleased with my purchase.

phone is better than expected. delivery was on time. my main reason for shooing with back market was the payment options available at the checkout. if the main OnePlus website had those options I wouldn't have shopped at back market. thanks for the flexibility payment options it has made owning a phone and paying it off stress-free.

My recent order OnePlus 9 pro I received well, when I was ordered I thought may be I will get phone in good condition but I really overvelmed like it's new phone no one can say it's referbished or else. Thanks to Back Market to provide such wonderful platform where customer like us will get our espire items within our budget with no complaint.

Excellent condition - still in it's original sealed manufacturer's packing so effectively brand new. No issues setting it up. Only downside is that the battery life is a little disappointing but for the price I paid for a flagship phone I certainly can't complain. Would certainly use Black Market again

Got the phone to replace my old Xiaomi Redmi 6. There were a few small scratches on the back and one on the side of the screen, it's only visible when the phone is off. Delivery was quick and included a quality assurance checklist. Performance wise I'm very pleased with it so far - recommended if you're looking for a decent alternative to bigger brands that still does the job. Good deal faster than my old phone, actually supports 5G, every Google app can be permanently disabled which is quite rare, decent quality camera.

I've used Black market a few times now and always a great experience. The phone was listed a good condition but I couldn't find any marks on phone or screen, looks like new. Delivery was very quick and the phone a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
