phone is better than expected. delivery was on time. my main reason for shooing with back market was the payment options available at the checkout. if the main OnePlus website had those options I wouldn't have shopped at back market. thanks for the flexibility payment options it has made owning a phone and paying it off stress-free.

I like most of this phone. Just a couple of issues: 1 - I don't enjoy the rounded sides. 2 - Finger recognition is simply not working - very annoying. There are alternatives, like face recognition, but that one is not being used to enter bank accounts and other apps. But altogether, this is a wonderful smartphone, and I enjoy its brilliance and speed.

Good phone, excellent quality and battery holds two days

A high-quality smartphone in perfect condition. Super display, very fast charging and an uninstalled Android operating system as well as the high-end camera make the One plus 12 an iPhone killer. The only thing I find less good is the speaker.

My opinion is very satisfactory! The phone is perfect, it arrived without battery but I would like for a next one if possible to take case and tempered glass to protect if the customer does not like it and wants to return it. For a plus we improve and with quality care. As for the terminal my doubts have disappeared, finally a good mobile in my hands. Camera, battery, performance and system all in one at last a good compact mobile. Ordered on 16 and 17 in my hands, very fast and efficient shipping! Perhaps the packaging would be better protected so as not to damage box and contents. Very happy with the purchase ! Congratulations
