My recent order OnePlus 9 pro I received well, when I was ordered I thought may be I will get phone in good condition but I really overvelmed like it's new phone no one can say it's referbished or else. Thanks to Back Market to provide such wonderful platform where customer like us will get our espire items within our budget with no complaint.

Wasn't sure how a second hand / refurbished phone would actually be like and if an Excellent condition model would be true to it's claim. What can I say, backmarket has proved me wrong. Love the OnePlus 7T I got. Everything is functioning as if it were new and looks in mint condition for a fraction of the price. I'm impressed

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well. Really happy. Thank you 😊 It came with an iPhone cable and was an android phone but not an issue as I had correct cables at home.

Very Excellent phone. No one can judge it's used one. No visible Mark's,No wear and tear. I am leaving review after using it for few weeks. It's fantastic. Highly Trusted seller. Delivery was prompt. No hassle.

I like most of this phone. Just a couple of issues: 1 - I don't enjoy the rounded sides. 2 - Finger recognition is simply not working - very annoying. There are alternatives, like face recognition, but that one is not being used to enter bank accounts and other apps. But altogether, this is a wonderful smartphone, and I enjoy its brilliance and speed.

The phone came well packaged and in original box with the original phone case protector. Phone was in immaculate condition, really couldn't tell it was refurbed. Been using it for a week now and have no complaints. Great phone and love the fold experience. Definitely use back market again when needed

Item as described. Good value for money. Far ooomphier than my previous phone, but also (as expected) larger. There seems to be only one phone that fits smaller hands, and that's an iPhone. I did not want to change ecosystems.

Really great condition, fantastic price, its working perfectly and it was no trouble at all for someone useless with technology to put their SIM in and move everything across. Quick Delivery. Only thing is you dont get the manual that comes with the phone which comes in handy every now and again but for the price....incredible. Will forever buy One Plus phones, they are just elite.
