The phone is fine, but in many ways it tries too hard to be helpful, or to promote its branding, and it's just really annoying. Like the red "1" on the clock that you can't get rid of, and the constant reminders that I've still got my hotspot on, another thing they've made impossible to turn off. The most annoying thing has been the constant reminders from back market to do this bloody review, but I guess persistence pays off...

Lieferung super fix, allerdings nie wieder über UPS. Bis wir das Smartphone endlich hatten, vergingen 2 Wochen. Mehrfach mit UPS in Kontakt getreten mit der Bitte den Fahrer erst nach 15 Uhr zu schicken. Jedes Mal kam der Fahrer zum "Wunschtermin" um 7 Uhr morgens!! Zur Qualität kann ich sagen, Smartphone wie angegeben, tiefenentladen, brauchte also zwei drei Versuche es wieder zu beleben. Ansonsten gerne wieder ein Refurb
