Phone arrived today (2 days before estimated) this is my wife's new phone, and she is very happy, as it looks in perfect condition with no sign that it was pre used. The phone also arrived with 75% charge so she was able to set it up immediately. Complete process took her about an hour and everything has been transferred from her old phone and all is working. A very happy lady now.

The Phone is great , no scratches or marks but had to do a system update to stop it overheating . all the apps work well and it was simple to transfer from my old phone. The delivery and the packaging basic but fit for purpose. over all very pleased , I would recoment it.

Second-hand device received in 3 days. I ordered this Oneplus 9 to replace mine which was malfunctioning because I wanted to keep my ergonomics (I have already replaced the back of my various Oneplus myself on 3 occasions, it's easy)... Paid around 164 euros and works perfectly. I'm just thinking of having the battery replaced as it's struggling to last a day with intensive internet use. This is the 4th time I've ordered from BackMarket (2 Iphone 6S, 1 Samsung and this Oneplus) and I've never had any problems. So I recommend it!

This is the fourth phone I've bought from backmarket and they've always been so fast and responsive - well done! The only downside is that the carrier wasn't able to deliver on the day, and I'll never know why. I recommend 👍👍

- Packaging small cardboard minimalist but effective and sufficiently protective. the phone was well fixed 👍 - The phone announced in very good condition is actually in excellent condition I did not find a trace or a scratch. Android 100% functional speed of the system, photos, the 4k 60 and 8k 30 are really effective, and the battery the same, 1 month of intense use and shares co on the move and it still tjr easily 1 day and a half see 2. I've been using the One+ since the 5t and I'm telling you, you can go for it with your eyes closed 👌😉
