Phone arrived today (2 days before estimated) this is my wife's new phone, and she is very happy, as it looks in perfect condition with no sign that it was pre used. The phone also arrived with 75% charge so she was able to set it up immediately. Complete process took her about an hour and everything has been transferred from her old phone and all is working. A very happy lady now.

Bought my OnePlus 9 here, it was described as "fair". It arrived super quickly, 1 or 2 days before the announced delivery date ! Even if the condition was described as "fair", the phone looks almost brand new apart from two micro scratches on the screen, barely visible. It works like a charm, super smooth and fast Android phone, quite life changing from my old iPhone 6 hahaha. The battery is great as well, overall an amazing purchase, thank you Back Market's team !

The Phone is great , no scratches or marks but had to do a system update to stop it overheating . all the apps work well and it was simple to transfer from my old phone. The delivery and the packaging basic but fit for purpose. over all very pleased , I would recoment it.

The delivery was very quick and packaged well. Even though I picked 'Good' quality I couldn't find any scratches and overall the phone was in very good condition. For those wanting to test the battery I would recommend setting the app you use to 'dual cell' to give a more accurate reading. I so far got over 85% battery which was better than expected.

The phone came on time. In perfect condition, it looks absolutely brand new. One very happy customer.
