Phone arrived today (2 days before estimated) this is my wife's new phone, and she is very happy, as it looks in perfect condition with no sign that it was pre used. The phone also arrived with 75% charge so she was able to set it up immediately. Complete process took her about an hour and everything has been transferred from her old phone and all is working.
