I ordered the wrong phone: I wanted a Galaxy Pixel 8 Pro, so sent the OnePlus 8 Pro back. I'm still looking for a refurbished 256GB 8 Pro.

backmarket service is really very good and my product is also good this time. last time I ordered iPhone but it's quality is not as expected and this product is really amazing.

Really great condition, fantastic price, its working perfectly and it was no trouble at all for someone useless with technology to put their SIM in and move everything across. Quick Delivery. Only thing is you dont get the manual that comes with the phone which comes in handy every now and again but for the price....incredible. Will forever buy One Plus phones, they are just elite.

Pleased with the phone but the the battery goes does quickly. Thought it may be related to the fact that the phone has 12g RAM

Great condition, loving the battery life. This was an upgrade from my old OnePlus 6 and I'm still a fan. Had some issues with collection as I gave the wrong address but was able to re-route to a collection point - ultimately my fault and customer services were apologetic and did what they could to help.

Delivered next day, day early as bought after 1300! Phone fair=very good condition. Happy allround and will never buy 2nd hand again!

Pristine product. Not even micro scratches on screen. Micro scuffs on metal frame of phone which is to be expected. Only thing I might tell people to look out for is lint build up in the charging port

Excellent phone in good condition. Bought as 'fair' condition and was worried but in the event the screen has one small scratch on it, the back is spotless and the sides have a few small paint chips, hidden by a cover. Really happy with my purchase, my only very minor complaint is the phone arrived looking a bit dirty. The glass clearly smears easily and it was easy for me to give it a clean but first impressions weren't quite 100%.

Very pleased. I was a bit worried about buying 'refurbished' but the phone is excellent and like new. Love it!

Extremely happy with my new phone :) Bought Fair quality. Battery life is decent, with full charge easily lasting the whole day without the need to ration usage, and any scratches or chips being hardly noticeable. No issues with delivery either, can only highly recommend!
