The item is in good condition. When you say no keyboard, i thought it was an external keyboard. I bought the item for my grandson, who cannot speak to be used with a eye tracker. Without an internal keyboard the item cannot be used. I downloaded some software, when the keyboard on the outside was working, but the keyboard doesn’t come up again, therefore I cannot clear the laptop. I put the password inside for you to use to clear the laptop. My grandson has a surface pro 5, that can be used for now, i wanted to buy him a laptop with more memory. I would like to return the laptop and will not take anything elae for now, maybe on a later stage

Surface tablet as advertised. Fast delivery with charger included. Only downside: Windows Home and Professional, which makes it difficult to duplicate the screen on the TV. In the end, I have no regrets, and it's both economical and environmentally friendly.

Perfect, the battery holds up well from what I've used it for, great for my studies for the ease of transporting the pro surface, nothing to complain about.

The equipment is in perfect condition, the only downside, and a very important one, is that it arrived very dirty, and when I say dirty is it the disgusting brown colour of electronic products? Well, that's it. Otherwise it works great.
