I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. Works perfectly. If you're unsure about buying from here I say don't be! Really happy and will 100% be using back market in the future

The MacBook Pro I purchased is perfect, it's in excellent condition and was great value for money. It was delivered fast and packaged very securely. Since my purchase I have used Back Market again, it's my go-to for tech now, refurbished is the way forward.

I bought a 2017 MacBook Pro as I need a quick replacement of my old 2013 MacBook Air as it wasn't receiving updates anymore. I have never ordered refurbished before and I have to say I am very impressed. So far I've had no issues with the MacBook, it came with minimal scratches and what appeared to be a brand new charger. Delivery was 2 days sooner than expected so I had it in time for New Year. I would highly recommend and will look forward to doing business with you in the future.

i got this macbook in “good” condition and this is beyond good that is amazing God will continue to bless you with these refurbished products as i’ve always wanted this laptop but just never had enough to get it so when i finally did i bought it from you guys. the battery is amazing there is little to no scratches infact nothing on the macbook its so good and i pray it continues to work as well as it does now!

Overall happy with the MacBook, my only issue is that once I had set it up I was already told the battery needed servicing. Even for just a fair quality product, I’d expect the battery to be tested and replaced when refurbishing?

I bought the lowest grade of reconditioned MacBook and anticipated it looking like it had done a few rounds with Tyson Fury. Granted, it had one tiny, tiny dint on the case, but it's virtually immaculate. I am very pleased indeed.

honestly, I felt really iffy about buying a refurbished laptop but surprisingly, I'm more than happy with my purchase!! this MacBooks around 1000 and I got it for less than 400 with insurance, so yeah id defo recommend! I ordered a good condition MacBook but there aren't any scratches. the battery goes a bit quicker than expected but its still worth it for the price.

I have to say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The device is actually in excellent rather than just very good condition, with a barely visible dink on the top of the cover. The screen is epic, the build superb and battery in great condition after running diags. Delivery was as promised. I will definitely buy another refurbished Apple device from Back Market. Thank you. I was very skeptical about purchasing a second hand laptop, as it was my first time and I don't really purchase electronics online as I am worried for the condition it'd arrive in. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. So far the laptop has been functioning very well, I think it will last a very long time. I purchased excellent condition, and there are some minor signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected but you don't notice anything unless you look real close. Screen had some marks on it which very easily came off after using an appropriate screen wipe. Very happy to have saved so much money rather than buying a brand new one for x3 the price. I would highly recommend. Will use backmarket again for refurbished electronics. Also arrived a day earlier than expected
