I recently bought a MacBook Air Retina 13-inch (2019) - Core i5 - 8GB RAM - 128GB SSD from Back Market, and I couldn’t be happier! The laptop arrived in excellent condition, just as described, and it has been working flawlessly. The performance is smooth, and the battery life is amazing it lasts for hours without any issues. I’ve been enjoying using it for work and entertainment, and everything feels super responsive. Big thanks to Back Market for offering such a great product at a fantastic price. Now that I've set up my refurbished MacBook Air I'm loving it. It did keep crashing as I tried to keep my old Apple ID in the set-up, which appeared to be an option. I could only progress by setting up a new ID. Otherwise, so far so good. Thanks for the speedy delivery. Plus it looks great, considering I opted for the least cosmetic option.

This refurbished unit arrived in good condition, exhibiting only minor cosmetic imperfections such as a single scratch on the lid. It included a new battery and has been successfully upgraded to macOS Monterey (though this is not officially supported; macOS Monterey represents the latest compatible operating system). Performance is exceptionally smooth with minimal heat generation, a significant improvement over my previous 2019 MacBook Pro, which recently failed. Due to budget constraints, this model was the optimal replacement, and I am very satisfied with its performance.

I had a bad experience previously which put me off buying refurbished Macs. Eventually I had to give it another go as I urgently required a Mac to work last minute. Not only the laptop arrived to me the next day, it also came flawless. Third day in and I had it running for 7 hours straight for work - no issues! Thank you.

I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. Works perfectly. If you're unsure about buying from here I say don't be! Really happy and will 100% be using back market in the future

I purchased a MacBook Air 13” (2017) I chose excellent condition and i certainly wasn’t disappointed. Looking at it from outside to inside the cover it is perfect, and is working perfectly. This is the 2nd item (the 1st was an iPhone 12 which again was in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Back Market for any more future purchases.

I purchased the MacBook Air for my daughter for Christmas so it’s not been used yet. All I can say is that it came very quickly and was in such good condition it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Back Market and will definitely be using them again. They delivered before the given date and it was packaged really well. There are no negatives with what i experienced.

I am really delighted with my Macbook Air Retina 13.3 inch! It is so easy to carry around and has everything I need that my older Mac airs no longer had the capacity to be upgraded for. It arrived quite quickly although i had a moment of fear when i saw Fed Ex were doing the delivery - I have had a dreadful experience with them -they always blame the customer - and right on cue, I got an email the Friday the item was due saying, 'You weren't home' and that delivery would be attempted on Monday. Of course I was home, tracking showed the item had been dropped at a depot somewhere not too far away. I am very relieved to say it arrived on the Monday!

There were a wide range of products to choose from at a price that we were happy with. Pleased that there was the additional insurance ... just in case! If we look really closely, we can see that the keys had been used but other than that the MacBook Air was in really good condition. Brilliant too that you are delivering to the Isle of Man.
