Quick delivery, bought Chromebook in "fair" condition but only 1 mark on the outside case. Slight issue with pixellation on top left of screen at first but faded with use. Touchpad a little less sensitive in some areas but fine overall. Hardest thing to get used to has been the change in position of some of the punctuation keys, particularly the @, which on my old Toshiba chromebook was by the :; key, but on here is on the 2 key! A very good buy overall. Thanks for providing the opportunity to buy re-conditioned Chromebooks! Just a shame you didn't want my old Tosh as a trade in, but fair's fair - it is ancient!

The chromebook was in good condition and worked very well. My only feedback would bee that it came with a US spec keyboard. I was offered a full refund when I reported this but my daughter was happy to keep it. Very good customer service

Absolutely amazing! What a great little gadget, you will have to but the stylus separate however, for what I use it for it’s not really needed. You can just use the touchscreen like a tablet when you fold over the keyboard. Couldn’t have treated myself to a better laptop to start the year.

Everything good, only reason I didn't rate this the highest is because of the charger. May have been issues with logistics, packaging or maybe even was meant to be that way but it is not fitted in properly and seems hazardous. Other than that, standard Chromebook - thank you!

Does everything I expected. Did have a crack in one corner which I had to repair which is not ideal for a recon. Was very minor and easily fixed so no biggy. Still means icantbe as fulsome in my praise as I would like to be for back market. They're good and great value for this item but not perfect.

It was good.But I was disappointed to find out it was 32gig.i thought it will be higher. Maybe next time you should indicate the specs by the products you sell so that the customer is will informed . Thanks.

The quality of the chromebook is really good. I love how fast and efficient it is and it’s so small and compact you can take it anywhere. It’s simple to use and the sound quality works really well. I’ve realised that i’ve been given the wrong charger for the chromebook which was a bit inconvenient but I found another way to charge it so it’s fine. Overall a great purchase!

The chromebook was correctly classified as being in excellent condition, the delivery was very packaged and on time. Could not ask for better.
