The phone came as expected with almost no scratch at all. More like a new phone but came with a battery capacity of 88% which is not bad for a Good condition phone. Just a few scratches that is negligible by adding a screen protector to it. This refurbisher is good however avoid dealing with musicMagpie refurbisher.

The phone is not so bad it has three deep scratches on the screen and 88% battery even though if it’s excellent condition I’ve had the same phone but 128 GB from same provider and it was really good. It was 97% and no scratches it was like new I’m unhappy with my purchase but i really need the phone for now so I will not return it. Customer service of backmarket is so helpful and they assisted me with every purchase every time and they are so friendly and professional but the refurbishers need to quality control thheir devices before sending them to the customers.

I was very sceptical as I had never bought a refurbished phone before. However, I’m very happy with my decision as the phone looked practically brand new when it arrived. I’ve had the phone for around two weeks now. Only slight con is the battery capacity which is 87% but hasn’t been an issue so far and it lasts me all day and longer. Overall and the phone looks and operates perfectly.

I’ve had the phone for three weeks now. It arrived swiftly and in near perfect condition. Now the only issue I have is that the battery health came as 93%. In the space of 3 weeks it has dropped to 91%. Aside this, I’m really glad I got a refurbished phone from backmarket.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first purchase of refurbished phone, and the transaction (with trade-in) was super easy. Also the product is great: chosen phone from ‘good’ category and received iPhone that looks like new and working perfectly. Already thinking of the next purchase on Backmarket 😀

I must say I was very dubious. However, my iPhone 14 Pro Max was promptly delivered and is well beyond all my expectations. It's superb, 100% battery life and still some Apple warrantee! Clearly that was good luck but I would of been happy with the 70%. After very close inspection, one tiny scratch was all I could find to prove it was not brand new. The trade in for my old iPhone X plus was utterly painless and the full estimated value wizzed its way into my piggy bank faster than you could say oink. So well done Back Market, I'll be using you again.

I just received my iPhone 14 pro Max black. I have ordered it to be in excellent condition, it came with a transparent cover on it, which it was a bit suspicious. And indeed when taking off the cover I so that it has some scratches just at the edges. Im attaching some pictures for you to see. I will try it to see how it will work but if it doesn’t will return it to you.

My first time making purchase on back market and it was fantastic. Iphone 14 pro max (fair) and the battery health was superb and would be glad to make a repeat purchase from back market. Delivery was on time too.

Bought an iPhone 14 pro max in ‘fair’ condition, phone works great so far but my 4 stars rating is for the scratches which i think, there’s so many even for a fair condition, screen it’s all good, just the outlite it’s all scratch, battery health at 87%. For £680 it’s a good deal, i would recommend back market.
