I’m Happy with the phone. However, when u charged it a couple of times the phone became really hot. Other than that, the phone works as normal but I can definitely tell it’s been refurbished, even though I ordered premium.

Very pleased with the phone. it was in immaculate condition and ready to set up with no setbacks. An important feature in today's world is value for money and this phone was certainly priced to please, especially when refurbished as new.

First time ordering a refurbished iPhone and backmarket seemed to offer the best price. My iPhone 12 was getting a bit laggy so wanted something newer with a larger screen. I was a bit apprehensive at first as selected ‘ good’ condition but phone arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Very happy with my purchase and will consider this website if I need anything else in the future.

Ordered the iPhone 14 Plus in good condition and it came without a scratch, in excellent conditions! Battery lasts so long even if it’s got 87% capacity…. Very pleased with my purchase! Will use BackMarket again!

I had my doubts about buying a pre-owned mobile phone as there are always mixed reviews (and mixed expectations), however, I took the plunge and ordered a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus and couldn't be happier. The phone itself is in mint condition and the only thing that meant it couldn't be sold as pristine was the 85% battery life. As this is my first iPhone, I've no idea what 85% battery life means in terms of durability & longevity, but it seems reasonable for a phone that's a couple of years old. Delivery was reasonably quick and payment via Klarna means I can spread the cost over a couple of months. I also got a reasonably good trade in for my Samsung Galaxy A54; at the value that was indicated beforehand. Altogether a great outcome all round.

Backmarket is dope! Just picked up a new (to me) iPhone 14 Plus. I’ve have been until now still using my old iPhone 11. I had forgot what it’s like to have a phone that doesn’t need to basically remain on charge the whole time due to its shit battery life. This iPhone 14 is lasting the whole day, and only needing charging once a day. I didn’t pay the extra to get the new battery installed, so it’s the one that came with the phone. Cosmetically, the phone was nearly perfect. There was a few tiny blemishes etc on it, which is to be expected. These have no affect on the phones performance, and aren’t even visible now I’ve got it in a nice new Mous case. Backmarket is wicked and I’d be happy to use them again for any future tech purchases that I may need. Trust your gut and go for a nice refurb product rather than forking out for a brand new one that will only end up getting old anyway. Happy days. Backmarket can be trusted. All is well. ;)

Brought the iPhone 14 plus for my daughter for Christmas in fair condition, I expected it to be knocked about but it only had a slight knock near the camera area and even then you would have to look for it to see it. The battery life was 96% amazing! This is the second phone I've brought from backmarket, I've been very pleased with both. I highly recommend the site. I will definitely be purchasing my next phone from backmarket.

Honestly i didnt know what I was expecting, i spent ages trying to find the right phone and i settled for the iphone 14 plus in blue and it blew me away how fast it arrived, and while the battery health is 86% I am still very pleased with my order almost a month in, 10/10 would recommend
