Amazing service - iPad delivered a day ahead of schedule, and 48 hours after order. In great condition and worked perfectly straight out of the box. Wondering why I never bought a refurbished one of these before, it’s been everything I expected and more, and at a great price. Thank you.

Not a bad buy at all. I was very skeptical about buying a refurbished item as i’m team brand new. However decided to take the plunge as i know i only really need the ipad to read in bed when i wake up early or late into the night. The ipad itself looks good with just a few negligible small scratches you’lld barely notice. Screen is fine, picture quality also fine. The battery does take some time to charge but also the battery doesn’t run out when left idle, i did test this out for a week and so far it’s been all very good performance. Comes nicely packaged with a new cable and adapter. I was also sure to read the reviews of the seller before making the purchase. Overall a good buy for me.

My new iPad is perfect, wasn't too sure about getting a reconditioned one but will certainly be using your service again. It looks new and for me is such a relief not to have to pay a fortune for new one!

A really fine bit of kit - kudos to the refurbisher! A teensy tinsy issue that occurred was remedied by alert staffers toot sweet. I wouldn’t buy my Apples from anyone else because I know Back Market service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

iPad Pro arrived as described in good time. You do have your doubts about buying refurbished items and sending quite a lot of money for something you haven’t fiscally seen but the device is all I hoped for thank you Back Market. I will be recommending you to family and friends.

Very happy with this purchase. I have previously purchased a few refurbished items phone, Mac, & now iPad. Great quality and good battery life on all, my first stop shop for tech :-) As a small business, its great to have such a good service when you need it.

Researched long and hard for the right iPad for me before finally settling for this model. Compared prices at various outlets before finally settling for one refurbished and classed as “excellent” from Back Market at a very competitive price. Communication was excellent, delivery time as promised and the iPad itself is like new, I’m absolutely 100% delighted with my purchase.

I bought this at a fair quality, the only minor scratches I could see were so tiny on the edge of the ipad, it practically looked brand new. works well, 11/10 would buy refurbished electronics on here again

I plumped for ‘fair’ but It’s impossible to notice a defect unless you stick your face millimetres away. I bought it for making art and writing and it works beautifully. Nice size too. Thanks to Back Market using my favoured Apple products is affordable. Kudos to the refurbisher too!
