Happy with purchase delivery was delay by one day but they updated me. I brought in good condition it was very good condition. only little scratch on back that was expected for refurbished product it the 3rd time I brought from back market including ps4 ,iPhone 12 pro max and this iPad 7 gen 2019 will defo purchase more stuff in the future 😊

This is the second iPad I’ve bought through Backmarket, one for me and another for my partner and I’ve been delighted with both. So I got this for my friend, three weeks after I got mine. Exact same model and condition, it looks as new as mine did. No complaints at all. This is my 4th purchase from back market in 3 months and all my devices are literally soooo good. I’d always choose refurbished over new tech tbh

I got my Macbook and Ipad in Backmarket as well and I recently purchased an extra phone for business. It is just immaculate! Ipad air looks so beautiful in rose gold and no issues with it so far. Outstanding service! Well recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! I was so sceptical ordering as I have only ever brought new apple products! However after my son broke his 8 month old iPad, a refurbished one seemed like a good option. The iPad arrived 2 days after purchasing. In a box with a charger. The charger works great. The iPad has a few marks. But it’s what you expect from a used product. Nothing major. Little dents and scratches. However the iPad lives in a case. So these aren’t noticeable. I picked the “fair” used option and I’m over joyed with the product I received. The battery life is also great and the iPad works perfectly for my son’s needs! I would order from here again and recommend to everyone!

Arrived quickly! I got the fair condition and the scratches are minuscule, almost undetectable. Works like a new iPad. I bought my iPhone 13 Pro from here 2 years ago and it’s still in great condition. Always buy second hand, much cheaper and just as good!

I was sceptical about this purchase but still went ahead because I couldn’t pay more for the next generation. Alas, it was delivered and early. I was beyond excited. I got this iPad just for fun and because it’s really cheap. I got it in “good” condition. It came with literally no scratch at all. It’s soooo clean. Camera works perfectly. Everything is so good. I’m so so happy with this purchase. The battery health, although shows null when I check is very good as it lasts all day. This is my second purchase from back market in 2 months. I got an iPhone 13 Pro Max in November and it’s still going strong.
