The iPad came from Apple Certified Refurbished in sealed packaging as if it was new from the store. The condition is phenomenal and it works as expected with no issues. Highly recommend.

I ordered It on a Monday and it came on Thursday Evan though it said it would come on Friday. I also ordered it in fair condition but it looked brand new. The only downside is that the charging cable wasn't from apple and was very short.

I took a chance and went with Back Market, and I couldn't be happier! I went for an Ipad air 2020 model, with the 2nd generation pencil. I've never used Apple products before and I needed the Ipad for work, so this was a big investment for me. Back Market has provided me with an Ipad that looks, feels and operates as if it was brand new. I'm absolutely over the moon with my product. And, it was shipped to my door in just a couple of days. I'll definitely be shopping with Back Market again!

Although the conditions of the iPad is exactly as advertised, when charging, it keeps switching to not charging so I had to keep removing the cable and reinsert it. However the last time I did this, the end of the cable came away from the cable and was left in the charging port. I’ve now had to order a new cable from apple at a cost of £20. A little bit annoying but this did fix the not charging issue.

Such a great purchase - I can’t tell that it’s refurbished, everything feels brand new from the unboxing experience to the actual product. This is my second purchase from Back Market - would definitely recommend!

it has a tiny bit of difficulty charging, but that’s the only fault i can give it. and considering how low the price was, im incredibly happy with it !! also i love the option to buy it with klarna :)

very good condition. only had one incident where it wouldn't charge but that was sorted with a restart one tiny chip on screen miniscule though and only saw when holding it basically on my nose . would definitely recommend

I ordered an ipad in a fair condition and it looks brand new and the delivery was super quick, so very happy with that. However it was meant to come with a power adapter and a charging cable. I did not receive any power adapter. Charging cable was included but it was a lightning one and the ipad needs a usb c one. The ipad also came uncharged with 15% battery and as I don’t own a usb c cable I now have to purchase a new one myself, which is just a bit inconvenient as I already spent money on a product that was meant to have it.

Excellent item and fast delivery. Almost like new just a small nick on one of the corners but we expected that. Screens like new and back like new. And all functions like it should. So very happy Thankyou
