It beggars belief. When they returned they brought it round for me. I filmed myself opening it. I was extremely disappointed in the packing. . I cannot risk spending £300 nearly on something that may go wrong anytime soon and would mean me having to return it to you. Again leaving me with no phone. Or even worse it goes faulty after 13 months. So I have decided to return it and ask you to please get dpd to pick this up. If you could email me a pre-paid address label. I will indeed make sure the phone is correctly packaged , what it should have been before being sent to me. Video is available if you so wish.
