My order came yesterday. The dpd driver went to next door by mistake and got no an, they have a video door bell. So they pressed record as they were away for the weekend, he obviously got no answer so then dropped it over their 8ft security gate which leads to their side and back garden. 8ft drop onto the concrete floor. It beggars belief. When they returned they brought it round for me. I filmed myself opening it. I was extremely disappointed in the packing. . I cannot risk spending £300 nearly on something that may go wrong anytime soon and would mean me having to return it to you. Again leaving me with no phone. Or even worse it goes faulty after 13 months. So I have decided to return it and ask you to please get dpd to pick this up. If you could email me a pre-paid address label. I will indeed make sure the phone is correctly packaged , what it should have been before being sent to me. Video is available if you so wish.

I received the phone perfectly. Just that I can not access some application that tells me that in my region these apps are not so I guess the phone must not come from France so it's really too bad.

I've had this laptop for a few years now! It still works very well. Despite the fact that it doesn't have Google services, I've found other solutions that are just as good. And above all, it takes very good photos. Over time, the battery has diminished a little, but it lasts a day with heavy use.
