Couldn't be happier... Amazing camera, Petal Maps is awesome.. And you can get around the whole Google App thing quite easily...

Great quality of phone, good service as advertised. However on the topic of Huawei as there are issues between them and Google it is not an ideal phone for someone living in the UK as many of the apps are not functional or available in our region. Still great device and service so I cannot give a bad review. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of getting Huawei. (There are ways around this but they introduce security issues, so not ideal if it's for banking / trading applications based in the west that rely on Google play store)

Phone in perfect condition 🙂 unfortunately p40 is not supported by Google as p30 was and i didn't know that. otherwise great price for quality 😁

The phone is of excellent quality and what I paid for, delivery fine and phone works perfectly. However, I did not know Goolge and Huawei have fallen out rendering this phone useless and should I have known this I would have purchased a different phone as I can't use it.

the transaction was all normal, no issues, I just found the phone stupidly slippery and the inability to use basic google software/apps incredibly frustrating, so much so, that when I dropped it for the umpteenth time and it landed badly, it was a relief to start looking for a replacement, which will not be Huawei. their in-house map app is awful, clunky and gave the worst directions from any smartphone I've had. the curved edges not only led to it's death, but rendered it almost impossibly fiddly to use many apps as send/go buttons are often in the bottom right edge.hated it.good riddance.

Quick delivery and phone condition was as described. Have been using for two years now. Worked really well!

I wanted to love the phone, and bought it knowing that the Google compatibility issue was present. The phone's refurbished quality is perfect, I bought a 'Fair' conditioned phone but honestly there were 0 imperfections. The issue is purely that I was not able to make the Google services work, I tried tutorials which people have said has solved the issue on their phones (I bought this phone on the basis of those videos) but it just did not happen for me, therefore I will be returning it. I had the Huawei P30 Pro when it came out and it is my favourite phone to date, once I have my refund on this I am going to go ahead and order the P30 Pro straight away as that phone is Google compatible.

Phone advertised as unlocked but was sim locked. Wasted time troubleshooting the issue and setting up the phone only to return it by taking it to the post office. No compensation offered for my time and inconvenience.

Not happy dosen't come with google anything no maps Gmail google play they have there own version but no not happy don't even use picking up dust

I bought this product knowing there is no scratch as i bought the excellent condition option and i am disappointed and angry to see the top right corner chipped- I am not happy and now waiting to speak to someone urgently to see how they will resolve this.
