So far so good. The item came promptly and was in very good condition as described. The 12 month warranty takes the concern about purchasing reconditioned electricals.

This is the first purchase my fiancé and I have made on Back Market and I must say, we’re thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product we ordered!! After choosing excellent, we still weren’t sure exactly in what condition it was going to be, and it pretty much looks brand new. The only reason this is getting 4 star and not 5 is because we feel that paying a little extra for the excellent condition would mean that we get all of the accessories (we were missing some cleaning products, the water tank filter, and the coffee puck bin). Thank you Back Market, we are definitely converted to the refurbished life <3<3

Condition category: “good” Result: very happy! There were some obvious scratches on the corner of the water container (which is at the back of the machine but not at all visible when sitting on the counter top). Other than that, it is in perfect condition! Absolute bargain. Would happily do this again. Other details: - All accessories, aside from the replaceable water filter, were included (even though the description said that many things could be missing). Specifically, the milk beaker, all cleaning materials, all baskets etc were included and in perfect condition. I noticed that the comment that items may be missing was generic across different machines so I guess the refurbisher is just covering the options. However, nothing was missing from this. - There was no manual but the machine has all instructions on the display when setting it up - Paint and body work (aside from the water container) were in perfect condition. No marks, scratches or dents. A light wipedown was required but it was entirely superficial and mainly the dust from the cardboard liners - The box was fairly damaged and stained with coffee and had seen better days but it gets thrown out anyhow. We have used back market before and we’re not disappointed when we received our sage coffee machine. It was in the condition as described . Works beautifully and an upgrade on our last one . Makes the best coffee . I would certainly recommend back market . They are a very transparent company . All of our family use them . We are very pro recycling and hence saving money .

Excellent item, my air purifier went on the blink so I was able to order this one in great condition and get it delivered in a few days. Looked perfect with no noticeable cosmetic damage. Works well. Very pleased 😀

Any initial concerns about purchasing a used machine were unfounded. I have been delighted with the coffee machine and whilst I still have much to learn this was the right machine for me. The Back Market company have been excellent throughout. Thank you.

The Coffee machine arrived so quickly and was in original packaging. More things were included than I thought which was a bonus. Its practically brand new and working well. Only qualm which is tiny was the description of 'flawless'. The machine had two tiny yet noticeable marks on the plastic and metal side but overall was perfect, so I'm super happy and neither phased nor upset. Certainly worth every penny and I will be using your site again in the future!

Machine arrived in excellent condition, including the original manuals. However 1 item was missing (the guard for the coffee grinder chute) and there is 1 additonal item - a mystery plastic fitting which doesn't fit anywhere and isn't referenced in the manuals! That said, the machine is working very well and making great coffee, so I am very happy.
