I was pretty disappointed that the console arrived pretty dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t open the package before gifting it. It cleaned up pretty easily but It was a little embarrassing, I’d expected at the very least a refurbished item would be cleaned?

Brought in good condition it was in excellent condition no mark or scratches or dust on it controller work fine only bad thing the fan on ps4 slim sound like jet engine but work perfectly

I received the wrong colour Switch sadly. However- the one I received came with an array of extra gadgets (steering wheels, a travel case and screen protectors x2) with the Switch itself in great condition. I raised a concern regarding the colour but after trying the device it wasn’t so much of a big deal. Back market offered different solutions to the issue and I was very happy with their assistance and action. I could have sent the switch back and swapped for the white one I originally ordered but the product was so well presented I no longer wished to do so. I was then offered a discount. Not the colour I ordered but a great product none the less and with many added extras. Very happy with their assistance service. I often use Back market to buy new tech. I will continue to do so. My second time ordering from Back Market and they don’t disappoint! Got this PS5 in Good condition and it seemed to be in Excellent condition. No issues with the console itself; works perfectly fine! It also arrived pretty quickly.

To be honest I was slightly dubious about using this company but after I had a couple of good reviews of friends, I tried them. I'm glad I did because I was certainly NOT disappointed. My PS4 arrived pretty quickly. The packaging was perfect as where the items, I even had a brand new USB cable inside. I have been playing on it quite a bit on my days off & so faith has been totally trouble free. I would 100% recommend Back Market to anyone!

It came within 3 days when I thought it was supposed to be five. controller was fine had no stick drift console was ordered in excellent condition had one few unoticeable scratche but none major it was a lil dusty when it came but it was nothing also major .I appreciate that I got this within three days when I did free shipping also got it when it was on sale thank you !!!

My daughter asked me to purchase this for her if she transferred me the money after the great deal that I got with my 1st purchase and especially with how everything was handled from start to the finish

Xbox itself is great, such good value and I’m so happy I’ve got it. Controller was very dodgy at the start, wouldn’t turn on, would switch off half way through a game. Still having to keep an eye on it and have a feeling I’ll have to buy a new controller soon. But other than that it’s all great!
