It is pretty impressive. Thank you for including a screen protector! But the battery drains too fast and I couldn't charge it with a 33W charger, ended up using my chrome book type C charger to charge it. Now after 2 weeks of usage, it got stolen in central london, so I'm downgrading back to the S series.

Hello, I'm pleased to finally be able to express myself. It's been 2 times that I buy a refurbished smartphone on back market, the 2 times, nothing to complain, the 2 smartphones work perfectly. However, for the customer service on the site, I give it a HUGE 0/20. IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A HUMAN, NO PHONE.

I received the product and everything seemed fine but on the third day when I opened it to view it in large format the screen was black and nothing could be seen. The front screen is fine, the inside screen does not light up in any way.

Expectations far exceeded. Front screen with a few scratches consistent with the "correct" condition defined by BackMarket, but otherwise the phone is perfect. I note the refurbisher's effort to exceed expectations by also sending a USB cable, adapter and earphones.
