Well I must say I was a little dubious ordering a refurbished phone but honestly I'm more than happy with it. You wouldn't know it was refurbished at all. I went for the excellent condition samsung s21 and it's perfect and £95 cheaper than anywhere else offering the same phone.

Arrived quickly. Condition (pristine) was accurate - no marks or scratches. Set-up was fine just like a new phone (fairly easy with Samsung Smart Switch). Battery condition is good - retains charge well. A bargain compared to a new phone - and I prefer to use refurbished equipment as long as the condition, price and technology meet my needs. Full marks (so far).

This is the second phone l've bought so l had high expectations. I was not disappointed! Another fast delivery and a phone in what looked like perfect condition. I'm so glad l updated and l love my Samsung Galaxy S 21. I updated mostly for the camera as l do art/ use my phone camera a lot..what a difference from my old phone. I would buy from Back Market in future again, confident l'd be getting a great service/site to buy refurbished tech.

First time I've used back market, I admit I was uncertain if buying a refurbished phone was a good move. But with the 12mth warranty felt well they must feel confident of their phones! So I gave it a try, and so far so good. The phone was in an almost as new condition which surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Lots of communication along the way keeping me informed on delivery. I also was able to trade in an old samsung for £43 that I didnt plan on doing. I thought its at least a saving off the price I paid for the new one. So yes was pleasantly surprised and would buy again in the future that offers the chance to buy a more high end phone for a more affordable cost. If I had to make one negative, which really isnt a big issue, the deposit for the trade in takes upto 6 working days to go into a bank. But as promised I did receive the funds within the 6 working days. Otherwise, yep, liked everything.

My previous phone packed up after several years. As I wanted to stay with Samsung S, getting to a reconditioned phone made sense as the price wasn't too much and the phone is great. I highly recommend using Back Market!

Well to be perfectly honest I'm quite disappointed when I compare my previous experience with buying excellent condition refurbished phones. The phone that was sold to me turned out to be from US market which means it does not fall under Samsung repair service in UK (they can't fix it, if it breaks). Additionally, I found some dust inside the camer lense for selfies which suggests to me a broken seal when someone cleaned the microphone. That means the phone no longer meets the IP68 standard. It is most likely no longer sweat/fog/steam/dust/moisture proof. I suppose 4 stars are for how clean and scratch less it was and the nice person from your service! Sadly I had to send it back for replacement.

I was looking for a replacement of my old samsung s6, I had seen back market advertised & as I didn't want to splash out for a brand new phone I gave them a try.I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but I needn't have worried.Phone I ordered was samsung s21+ in excellent condition & that's exactly what it came in,not a mark on it & even has original protective film on front & back,battery was at 78% but soon charged up to 100%, very well packaged & excellent delivery.Thanks back market one very happy customer 👍 10/1

I was pleased with my purchase, Samsung galaxy s21, the phone is light and quiet fast. The camera could have been better. Back market is definitely a place I recommend, between me and family this is our 4th time to purchase a refurbished phone. Great service, fast delivery and communication.

The Samsung Galaxy s21plus I purchased was as described "Excellent". As good as new as far as I can tell. Delivery was on time and the product was well packaged. Very happy with my dealings with Back Market. First time I have had a refurbished phone and I would certainly purchase my next one from Back Market.

I am pleasantly surprised! I had just ordered 5 refurbished samsung galaxy a51’s last month on amazon to give to my family in another country. Great price but there were multiple issues with the phone and 3 of them have stopped working. I was extremely sceptical with buying another refurbished phone. My daughter had been researching on this site to look for a phone for me to use. I placed the order yesterday was told that it would come next week but i received it next day! Absolutely fantastic. Straight out of the box it looks brand new, body is clean, no scratches it looks perfect 🥳 Honestly so happy with this purchase, would definitely recommend and i will be buying again soon !
