Had heard of back Market but not used them before. Was in 2 minds whether to order from them but on reading reviews thought I would give them a try. Pleasantly surprised. The delivery was fast, the condition of the phone was better than expected . I had a note 20 ultra previously but changed for a different Samsung galaxy but couldn't get on with it and wanted to get another note 20 but as they no longer sell them new had to get a refurbished. Glad I did

Arrived in a clean good condition than I expected. Free case and screen protector is definitely a plus!. Everything works perfect. Great deal. I wish they could add a longer 2m usb c wire though. Overall, happy with packaging and delivery time. Good price for a Samsung Note 20. Will definitely buy again from Backmarket!

Great phone, bought this for my wife as her old phone had seen better days, I have had a note 20 for 4 years and cannot fault it. This one would be difficult to tell from brand new. Great value great service, fast delivery

As advertised, immaculate and ready to go after smartswitch ran it's course. Never had any problem with a backmarket supplied product. I get them for my family as well as myself. No complaints from them.

This phone is even more than I expected to recieve. Big and bold with a beautiful display to match. A more than sound sounding stereo speaker setup that allows you to listen to whatever your heart desires. The build quality is nothing short of exquisite, feeling premium from the minute you lay fingers on the device. The software is near flawless, everything has been smooth sailing thus far, living up to expectations and the storage provides more than enough space to download your favourite apps, games or even store a few videos and images. Then again, you could save extra space by using a micro sd card for the last two! Sound quality on calls is really good, I've been told it almost is as if I was in front of the person I was having a conversation with, and that says it all. So far, so good, and upon recieving the phone, it was in decent packaging and even better physical and visual quality, which is something you always worry about when it comes to buying refurbished, but on this occasion, I was far from dissapointed.

I waited this long for the reasons to first use it for sometime before posting any review. I received my phone within few days and it was arrived safely. It looks brand new as no scratches to see. Battery is good quality and lasting for long time. It was a gift for my father and he liked it very much.

this is the second time I've used you guys for a phone . First one was a I phone 12 mini for my son and was in amazing condition my son loves it. second phone was for me Samsung note 20 again fast delivery both came a day before the delivery date and again my phone amazing condition pretty much brand new I will always use you guys for now on
