Brilliant service and fast delivery- well packaged and arrived safely. This is an emergency phone having experienced some issues with swapping phones/providers. As such, the phone is showing its age from a performance point of view, but it is 4 year old technology, so hardly likely to keep up with the current top end phones. All in all, its got me out of a tight spot, and and an affordable price. I can't wait to get rid of the phone to be honest, but it plugged a gap for a short period of time.

Everything was easy and smooth. Delivery came in the dates given to me. It was here 10am, so very fast. Product was cheap and very good for the price. No scratches or marks. My only concerne, is that it came from India, the land of the scammers 😅 so hopefully, you take all the care to remove any potential mallards and stuff that might be on the phone. Or I just might be paranoid... otherwise everything is good. Hopefully this phone lasts until the samsung s30 ultra is out and I might buy it refurbished from here!

Great offer, refurbished phone, but just libe the new one, delivered swiftly , smooth processing, 5 star customer service . if I will need a phone or recommend someone, with histate backmarket is the first option

Bought the phone for my daughter, I live that it look almost new and she couldn't tell it was refurbished.

I was very impressed with the whole process from ordering to delivery. Ordering process was quite simple. They kept me updated of what was happening. The delivery was quick without any delay. The actually phone was like new with no visible damage.

Easy transaction. Received package before stated date. Phone was very well packed. Phone was in excellent condition. All set up with no issues. Only downside was that charging cable was faulty and very slow to charge.

This is actually the third phone bought from you. Each one has been in very good condition until my teenagers have got hold of them anyway. On this occasion the phone looks new and my grandson is very happy with his new Samsung.

Very satisfied,no marks or scratches that I can see, everything functions correctly, overall I am very satisfied. If I have a complaint, I think there are too many apps installed but,that is down to Samsung
