The Samsung A51 I purchased was described as being in 'Fair' condition so I expected scratches and dents etc. it actually looks almost brand new. The battery does run down quite quickly but will last a day with normal use so not a problem. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with Backmarket.

This is my go site for a less expensive phone. 3rd time! Great choices, great service and quick delivery. Also from previous experience I know help is at hand should it be needed. Thanks Guys! Great job.

This is actually the third phone bought from you. Each one has been in very good condition until my teenagers have got hold of them anyway. On this occasion the phone looks new and my grandson is very happy with his new Samsung.

Not so happy. Phone was in a worst state of cleanliness. At least a bit of wiping needed. So many scratches and looks so old. l am not sure of functionality because l bought it for someone else. Very disappointing.

Brilliant service and fast delivery- well packaged and arrived safely. This is an emergency phone having experienced some issues with swapping phones/providers. As such, the phone is showing its age from a performance point of view, but it is 4 year old technology, so hardly likely to keep up with the current top end phones. All in all, its got me out of a tight spot, and and an affordable price. I can't wait to get rid of the phone to be honest, but it plugged a gap for a short period of time.

Wow!! I ordered Fri afternoonish, it said would be delivered Wed/Thurs but my phone was here by 12 the next day! Can't remember if it said my phone would be in fair or good condition but apart from a tiny mark on the back it looks imacculate to me, battery is lasting ages, Would 100% order from you again very pleased.

I was very impressed with the whole process from ordering to delivery. Ordering process was quite simple. They kept me updated of what was happening. The delivery was quick without any delay. The actually phone was like new with no visible damage.
