I was a bit sceptical about buying a refurbished phone, but I am so glad that I did. The quality of the refurbishment is exceptional, don't think I will be buying new again.

Really great phone. Battery life is not quite as good as previous phone bought on Backmarket but otherwise excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great phone. Bought for my daughter. Great condition, great storage space, speed etc. She's really pleased with it and the camera quality. Arrived in good time. Packaging a bit no-frills, but altogether very happy.

I received my phone quickly and in good order. with a charger. I fact I rated the product and service to be good enough to buy another phone from the same company, which was equally as efficient and good quality.

Had heard about Back Market but was worried to use them. Why?? I have no idea, great service and value for money. From ordering to receiving the phone, everything went smoothly. Would recommend using Back Market. The phone looked brand new and has been performing brilliantly.

Service was great, arrived when said and well packaged. Nice to have a charger cable included. Item condition is not as I expected. Purchased 'good' which 'may have microscratches visible from 20cm away', but the item has significant scratches; areas of the blue coloured back have flaked off revealing the silver metal beneath. Not worth returning the item, but not entirely content with it.
