The service was flawless (Change DPD though..they are crap nowadays) and the phone is awesome (in every way)

The phone reference was not the same as the one ordered (Mi 11 Lite 5G NE instead of Mi 11 Lite 5G) but in the end, the phone works perfectly at the moment and I'm delighted with my purchase. Very fast delivery via UPS.

Before writing the review I tested the phone a couple of weeks and despite being a refurbished phone and having taken an 'excellent' level as a condition the phone is practically as good as new. The battery goes down very easily if the phone is used for a long time, video and photo quality is very good, body and glass quality very good no lines or rounded corners.Highly recommended!!!

A faulty product that quickly broke down. Simple return, easy communication with Back Market and a full refund to your bank account within 2 days. A real follow-up after the sale with no headaches. It's refurbished, I was unlucky, but Back Market were fair and offered the right solution. I'd recommend it.

I have only had my Xiaomi for a few days, so the evaluation is partial. The look and functionality looks great, you don't feel it's a refurbished phone. Perhaps the battery life is the only flaw, i.e. it needs to be recharged once a day even when I'm not using it intensively.

The phone arrived in perfect condition, just like new. I had the same model but it was stolen. So I opted for a reconditioned phone, I don't see any difference with my old one which was 1.5 years old.

The phone is positive in general and works well. The only drawback is the battery, which appears to be not entirely effective on average consumption. In practice with average daily use it consumes about 75% sometimes 80% power. Everything else is fine.
