Very good phone, good price,thumb print security good,has cleaner installed but you need to stop apps being deleted by cancelling before you operation.

The phone I received is the Redmi Note 10 5G and not the Redmi Note 10Pro as advertised. The 5G is a tiny bit smaller with terrible camera. No option to explain or return other than wiping the only phone I've got and sending it back after days of getting all my Apps, username and passwords back. Terrible.

Super appareil. Un bémol, j'avais un Samsung avant, du coup impossible de charger le compte Samsung sur le Xiaomi, je n'avais pas pensé à cela en l'achetant. Autre point d'interrogation, il a été très long a charger et ne charge jamais à 100%, mais la charge l'air de tenir. On verra sur la durée.

Téléphone arrivé dans les temps. J'ai attendu un peu avant d'écrire un avis concret histoire de pouvoir prendre la main dessus et bien le tester. La batterie part vite mais c'est largement gérable ! Très bon téléphone, parfois quelques plantages d'android mais rien de bien méchant.

Téléphone fonctionnel, comme neuf. Batterie qui se décharge assez vite au début de la journée mais tient quand même du matin au soir et même plus si peu utilisé. Pas de chargeur fourni, juste le fil, peu compatible avec mon ancien chargeur donc charge très longue et téléphone qui a tendance à "se déconnecter" du chargeur. Très satisfaite de cet achat

Tout ce qui est du service marketing et clientèle c'est super. Le téléphone marche de manière générale bien, mais plus ça va et plus il y a quelques petits soucis qui apparaissent. Il chauffe assez vite, lorsque l'écran affiche des images sombres des pixels rouge,bleu ou vert apparaissent, et temps à autres le tactile perds de sa sensibilité ou ne fonctionne pas à certains endroits. Mais sinon satisfait du produit
