I bought a phone in 'excellent' condition. It was shipped in two/three working days, right on time. It arrived in a box with power cable, warranty and SIM slot key. This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and it far exceeded my expectations. The phone looks as good as new, fully functional and with 94% battery, much more than it promises. In short, I hope with time that no problems arise, but if so I will definitely buy from this site again.

I bought a xiaomi mi9 in 'very good' condition. The phone had clear signs of wear and tear, you could tell it had been dropped many times. Also, the power button was faulty, and just touching it would turn the screen off/on. Too bad because otherwise it would have been perfect. Certainly the condition was not great, but rather I would say 'good'. I have made the return and am waiting for a refund.

I got this phone for my mother. I opted for the refurbished one and I'm not disappointed. Next time I'll get one for myself. I'll never buy a new phone again and I don't see the point.

Basically everything was great, but unfortunately the default language was Polish. Fortunately, there's Google Translate and I have a basic knowledge of Slavic languages. For other customers, English would certainly have been more favourable as a system language. Perhaps the sender should be informed of this.

I don't use my phone much because I've always done that. With my other devices I charged them every week and with the xiaomi mi 9 every two days.

The phone arrived without delay and is working as good as new; I only had to unlock the gyroscope and accelerometer sensors with an app because it wasn't detecting them. It has a touchscreen fingerprint scanner and the camera is no joke either.
