    In the advert it said "Xbox and controller" both limited edition, same colour. I received a controller of a different colour and brand (not Xbox). I immediately spoke to customer service but they did not give me the option of sending me the original controller that they offered on the back market website. In the end they closed my complaint file and I was left without the controller I paid for.
