The item arrived as described and seems to work properly. There is no original packaging or booklets whatsoever but the contents are what I ordered. Too bad about the delay in arrival due to the Olympics, customer service said. In any case I am satisfied for now.

I ordered the console and it arrived three days earlier than the site estimated. Very positive. Contrary to past experiences with Backmarket, as well as the pictures with which the device was advertised, the console was not in its original packaging. Nevertheless, the device was appropriately packaged and well padded in the box, as there was no obvious transport damage. Unfortunately, however, a few accessories were missing, such as the gamepad charging station, the console stand or any operating instructions. The console itself also shows clear signs of use. The gamepad, on the other hand, shows none, only the touch pen falls out of the case very easily. Knowing my 3DS, it will be lost at least once in the next few weeks. With the "good" condition selected, this is all to be expected and definitely not a negative, but I have experienced it differently from Backmarket and therefore wanted to mention it. According to initial tests, the technical side of the console works perfectly, as expected. To come back to the pictures I mentioned earlier.
