Great Quality & a Great Product. 0 Complications

The appearance of the ear buds was as new as was the charging box. I took a little while to settle on the rubber seals for my ears but the sound quality was outstanding once that was sorted out. I was a little nervous buying a refurbished product. From ordering to delivery was managed well and indeed the ear buds arrived a day earlier than the estimate. This experience has made me realise the value of recycling when the proper care is given to the whole process. I have a listening experience which is superb by any standard and just amazing for two small devices one in each ear. I recommend Back Market as a serious supplier of quality goods.

The earphones are in really good condition - you'd have thought they were brand new. They work really well, the sound is very good, the noise reduction correct and the battery life more than adequate for my use (2-3 hour listening sessions).

Incredible sound quality, well worth the price and true to their reputation. Battery life lasts for days. Different ear tips to suit all body shapes. Easy-to-use application Only slight downside: the cushions have a rather strange and fragile texture that can only be cleaned with a very delicate cloth, and will crumble quickly if not handled with great care.

Very good product, small temporary bluetooth bug after 4 weeks but which has apparently re-established itself.

Half-hearted level of satisfaction. The product is great but I had a few problems. Disappointed that there were no spare ear tips. Sometimes there are little bugs when adjusting the sound and noise reduction. I hope the life of the headphones will not be affected.
