Appalling. MINUS STARS! Phone supposed to be refurbished to a good quality. But arrived completely faulty: sound, keyboard, languages, crashing, etc etc!! *Eventually* returned to me after WEEKS of messing about and "repairs"—but the ONLY thing they'd fixed was the sound!!! This was the THIRD phone I'd attempted to buy from Backmarket—and the third which is having to be refunded because of the appalling quality!!! Once can happen. But 3 out of 3!?
