Item exceeded expectations and I was very pleased with how quickly it was dispatched, especially as it was during the Christmas rush. Have since recommended Back Market to a friend who has purchased her own phone from you.

My son suggested I buy a phone from Back Market and stick to my SIM only contract, rather than pay the exorbitant monthly fees. My old Sony suddenly wouldn't make/receive calls once my network provider switched to 4/5G. I was a little dubious of what sort of phone I would get, but was hugely and pleasantly surprised. Got a half price modern Sony phone of my choosing, and I really couldn't tell it was used. I didn't even go for the excellent quality merely the Staff Pick! Choice of phones were great. I got a smartphone and it was almost everything I wanted. Had I known the product was originally from the Asian market I wouldn't have bought it. The regional apps it tries to install are not secure. I will be aware of this in future. Aside from that the phone was described in excellent condition and it certainly was.

Happy with the product, the colour description was slightly off but for the quality of the product received I can forgive this small oversight.

First time ordering from Black Market and was a bit nervous to be honest, but the good reviews and great prices convinced me to give a it a go - and I'm glad I did. Ordered my phone (Sony Xperia 1 IV) in 'good' condition, but honestly there wasn't a scratch or mark on it. Looked perfect externally and, most importantly, so did the screen. Have been using the device for a couple of weeks now and performs brilliantly. The battery isn't at peak performance but still lasts more than enough for day's use, and if you're worried about battery life just get yourself a portable charger for cheap then you're all good. Much better than forking out £1000s just so you're battery is brilliant for a few months. Sellers were great too, phone delivered on time and all warranty information and a charging wire included. Very happy. Doubt I'll ever get a phone 'new' again, saved me so much money using Back market and enabled me to buy a premium phone which I wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. Great marketplace.

The phone fingerprint sensor did not function correctly, the phone was returned and the money promptly refunded. Very satisfied the way the problem was dealt with.
