    First time dealing with BM and it was good, delivery was on time and well packaged (I like that I can reuse the box, well though out there). The phone it's self has been good and I guess as described. It had no marks on the back or the front but more than I expected around the edges, but a got a case so that takes care of that. Coming from a Samsung phone (S8) it's made me realise how good their UI is, not that the Sony is bad, it's just some things I'd gotten used to I'm now missing. Maybe I just need a bit more time with this phone. The audio is excellent as is the screen, however if it's not a match made in heaven, at least I know I can return it with BM 30 day return policy, another reason I bought it from them, along with their 12 month warranty. Would I recommend Black Market. Well so far, so good. Yes I would.

    I am super pleased with the device and service. Delivery was quick. The device itself has met my expectations. It definitely had a couple marks of use on the surface since it is second hand, but it functions perfectly. I had the chance to go on a trip abroad with it and I could rely on it for maps, info and other things without any problems. I am definitely going to buy my next phone from Backmarket again.

    Hi .The delivery was very good, but the packaging was a little below par, the parcel rattled when you moved it, but the bubble wrap did its job as it should. On first start up, O2 appeared, my heart sank, it should be unlocked, it was, all good. O2 pops up here and there, but after deleting the O2 stuff, all is good. The condition is excellent, now wrapped up in a screen protector and gel case to keep it as good as i can. Took a bit of time to get it to the layout way i wanted it, i had an Experia XZ Premium, getting there now. So far so good, picture quality is excellent, camera looks damn good, and loads of storage for all those apps you use once in a blue moon. Thanks Back Market, Ill be back!
