Very happy with this purchase, it's exactly what I expected.

It's simple, this seller orders his products from Chinese sites, so they're counterfeit. I say this because the Sony box I received had everything written in Chinese. I received my device on the outside it is perfect nothing to complain. But inside, it's literally not perfect at all. The dials don't work, the red button to switch to video mode doesn't work either, you can't access the photos you've taken and you can't change the settings. I find it very limiting to put it in the box as new when it is not at all. Finally, when you send it back, this seller doesn't even bother to go and get the product, so it systematically comes back to you. I made my request for a refund on 26 October 2023 and I wasn't refunded until mid-December 2023. Be careful with this type of partner shop that Back Market will tell you they have checked when in fact they have not.
