    This product was delivered as per the time frame given. However, it was delivered with an aftermarket charger which heats up the watch and I have to let it cool down before putting it on my wrist. Apart from that love the watch and no other complaints. Came scratch free as if brand new.

    The watch is in Excellent condition, if I didn't know it was refurbished I would have thought it was new. A genuine Samsung charging plug would have been nice as i have only older USB chargers and it takes a VERY long time to charge. I had to buy 1 on Amazon. Now it charges faster.

    First of all, delivery time met, in fact, arrived a day early. A bit paltry the packaging but complete with leather strap (not very adequate for the smartwatch) and after market charger but which works very well. The smartwatch had a few glitches in the first couple of days, so much so that I was already thinking of contacting Back Market, but after a reset and new update, everything seems to be going well. I'll reserve a few more days of waiting and use before cancelling any reservations.
