    Delivery was speedy and professional. Watch came in small jiffy bag, in another small bubble-wrap bag with charger in the bottom. No cardboard or stiff boxing. Seems to function as expected, although the battery does seem to deplete at a faster rate than expected..? Charged it to 100% then began setting up and exploring watch. After 20 -25mins use, battery was on 73%. #Curious. Watch I bought was listed as 'EXCELLENT'in terms of condition, but has a few visible marks and scratches on the outer and inside dimensions of the bezel. I would appreciate a slight reduction on the paid asking price please, as my researched showed me I could have picked up a 'brand-new' quality watch of the same specs for £220 vs the £150 I paid, and the noticable markings were not mentioned in the .. please help.

    i ordered this watch first thing i noticed is that it is white in the picture but i got a black one. secondly, i ordered "excellent condition" and to be honest i dont mind micro scratches but the ring has a small hole and plenty of scratches. when i first opened the box it was dirty. as if someone was wearing it and worked then on cars. i do not recommend it at all. i paid for excellent condition and of this is excellent then i dont want to know how bad the cheaper models would be. the watch is lagging a lot. when i get a notification it freezes and have to swipe few times. i wish i could upload pictures and show them here.

    the watch itself is very new, the strap is not original is chinese something that I think they should warn in the ad, the packaging very improvable as it comes in a cardboard box without protections and the charger is not original either. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy a new one, but the shipping and the customer service of backmarket is 10/10.
