perfect condition and packaging

I ordered the Samsung Smart Watch Galaxy Watch 4 4G/LTE (40mm) HR GPS - Rose gold the seller sent the wrong watch, I have sent the item back to be replaced, and the Seller actually never sent the replacement, the customer service sent me a fake Tracking number for the new replacement that never worked, never even told me which carrier that item was sent from, and I have requested all this information and they never came back with this update, always pretending that they were doing something, I will never order something from this seller again, I am going to think about to use back market as well, as the customer service was comply with the seller

Wrong item sent, replacement gas still not been received and communication about the requited replacement has been terrible. Over two weeks since placing the order and I am over £100 out of pocket and still do not have the correct product.

Watch looks nothing like what I ordered rose gold with black straps does NOT go together Also supplied a cheap charger that DID NOT work Then we add to the fact that after 3 hours of different upgrades it does not do what it’s meant to 100% want refund and an apology

The watch is well detailed, at a very reasonable price and in perfect condition. I am delighted with my experience on Back
