Biggest flop ever! The "very good" condition is a joke: scratches everywhere, the colour is even chipping off around the screen. The wristband is also not original and comes in plastic packaging made in China. And the return is the biggest joke. The portal keeps throwing you back to the beginning. It took ages before I managed to get the enquiry through. And then I had to upload each photo individually. Thanks for nothing

The item arrived with a scratch on the screen and a lot of scratches on the back. It came with no battery and no charger to charge it with, so not a smartwach, I have a 70 euro paperweight. Very bad, very disappointed

Unfortunately, the original packaging was no longer present and there was no instruction manual. Nothing was written about the band size in the description. For me it was too big.
