To be honest , I shopped around for ages and wasn't sure , who to buy my recycled phone / refurbished phone from. I'm actually surprised how good the quality was for a FAIR condition phone , few scratches on screen ( minimal ) but what a great saving , if you want a work horse and your not a princess buy fair from BackMarket , fully recommended and I can see why your getting the hype and exposure

I got a samsung s22+ and (it was graded good) a while ago and it's working pretty well the screen was flawless the back had a little scratch but nothing serious and the phone is working perfectly ,I see myself using the website more often

We were offered a value of £53 for sending the old phone in based on its condition of the screen, working order, scratches etc. Once it was received by your team, they sent some pictures saying the phone had some screen burn and was not in the condition specified, therefore offering just £5. There was no mention of looking for screen burn as part of submitting the phone condition for the initial £53 offer and therefore the phone condition is in the same condition as we submitted. In fact, there is no screennburn that we could see. I used this offer value to decide on how much I wanted to spend on the new phone. I have used other sites/providers of phones that offer money for an exchange and never had this experience. They have always paid out the value they offered because we are diligent about providing accurate information about the condition of the phone. I now find myself with a phone that I effectively didn't budget the extra £48 for. This feels like a dishonest approach to under pay for a used phone once its reached your team.

Item was described as gently worn and although this is true for the metal side band that runs around the edge of the phone, the screen and back were almost flawless. It's on charge as I'm writing this but it seems to be working perfectly. Extremely happy with the phone overall 👍
